Hyzer

Hyzer provides complete control over hydronic systems featuring multiple units, variable flow management, integrated or centralized pumps, and auxiliary energy sources.

Main functionality

Hyzer comes in three different versions depending on your need, from a fully embedded solution to a fully customized solution based on your specific project.

  • HYZER E - Embedded
Multilogic + Flowzer for units with pumps on board

  • HYZER X - Advanced (Not presented in illustration)
Multilogic + Flowzer on hydronic plants with centralized pumps
Dedicated external switchboard with synoptic and manual pumps selectors

  • HYZER C -Custom (Not presented in illustration)
    Tailor made plant control

Added Value

  • Integrated control of complex systems with external centralized pumping system (up to 4 pumps with inverter each, with capacity and rotation control)
  • Full plant control, optimization and supervision
  • Easy integration of external devices (auxiliary sources, dry coolers, well pumps, 3rd party units  supervision)
  • System energy monitoring (EER, COP, cooling/heating production)

How it works

See also Multilogic Water and Flowzer details.

Multiple site configuration are supported:

  1. Similar or different A/W, W/W or multifunctional units
  2. Different and multiple sources
  3. Different water distribution systems with pumps on board or centralized, w/o inverter, up to 4 pumps with up to 2 pumps in back-up
  4. Primary and secondary or full primary system with variable flow management with temperature or pressure control (on single or multiple plant points of measurement)
  5. Different auxiliary sources working in substitution or integration

Technical details

HYZER E (Embedded)

  • Fully integrated, no need for external hardware.
  • Master unit is managing the thermoregulation and variable flow by controlling the speed of the pumps of each unit. See Multilogic and Flowzer for more details.

HYZER X (Advanced) and C (Custom) (not presented in illustration)

  • The units are connected through Ethernet cable to an external dedicated switchboard with on board an Industrial PLC and with Touch interface with plant synoptic. By Modbus TCP/IP the Hyzer panels send commands to the units and read units status
  • Plant probes (temperature and/or pressure) are directly connected to the Hyzer panel
  • Hyzer panel is controlling the inverters of the pumps and the bypass valve if present
