Part of the office guide: Adaptability is key
Buildings constructed today will be standing for 50, or perhaps even a 100, years. Make sure to design the indoor climate solution so that it can be adapted to future tenant needs and use scernarios of the building.
Adaptability is though not about selecting products and systems of largest size and greatest capacity, or of using simple and general functionality. An oversized solution will lead to unnecessarily large investments and expensive operating costs, and product choices made to suit all possible needs in the future will fail to deliver an indoor climate for tenants to be willing to stay, and pay.
