Exploring the Passive House building certification
19th September 2024 | 15:00pm
The Passive House standard is a high-performance energy efficiency model that originated in Germany. The first prototype building was completed in Canada in 1977 and featured airtight construction, advanced insulation, and a heat recovery system.
Years later, the Passive House Institute has formalised the standard as a whole-building approach. This includes every aspect from construction to operation and includes everything from windows to ventilation systems.
Join us on the 19th September 2024, at 15:00 PM for our Passive House webinar to learn more about this sustainable building standard.
